Global Investment and Development is established as a California limited liability company, operating both its own account and as the managing member of affiliated LLC’s that are created to support project-based objectives, often in collaboration with outside investors.  The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and maintains network relationships throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.

A unique combination of skill sets, professional resources, and strategic thinking has permitted the company’s principals to enjoy 16 years of uninterrupted success, during which numerous transactions, involving thousands of acres throughout California, have been profitably executed.

GID is currently involved with 25 properties in 5 counties in California, and are actively growing our investment portfolio in primary and secondary markets throughout the state.

Meet our Team

Aaron Rivani

Aaron has been in the real estate business for 35 years. In 1979, he graduated from the prestigious Advanced Institute of Accounting in Tehran. He is also an engineer by experience, specializing in the field of water and wastewater treatment.  

His diversified experience includes acquisitions, entitlement, marketing, arrangement of joint ventures, and financing for clients. He also manages and analyzes raw land, partially improved land, finished lots, marketing programs, and infrastructures systems for both commercial and residential properties.

He co-manages GID with his brother Joseph with more than forty-one years of real estate experience in the purchase, development and sale of commercial, office buildings, apartment buildings and land (residential, commercial and industrial) throughout Texas, California and Nevada.  They have contracted for and/or purchased and sold more than $450,000,000 in residential, commercial and industrial land and commercial properties.

Joseph Rivani

Joseph has served as Founder of GID, a leading California land planning and development firm. Joseph has led the planning, development, sales and marketing many different communities throughout the Southern California region.

joseph has more than 25 years of experience in California real estate development and has been closely involved in every aspect of the residential real estate industry from financing and acquisition, , project management, and market / economic assessment to planning and development, and to the sales and marketing of newly built housing communities. 

Joseph  is well known and respected within the California residential real estate development industry, where he has developed a strong reputation for integrity and community involvement. He has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University, Iowa, and a Master of Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois. Joseph and his family lives in Westwood West los Angeles.

Nathan Rivani

My name is Nathan Rivani and I have been working for Global Investment and Development (GID) for approximately 6 years.
As a project manager, it is my duty to see projects through from inception to the final stage.
My years at GID provides me with the vast experience needed to oversee difficult developmental challenges.

A Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Commerce major in Accounting at Far Eastern University in the

Philippines. Over 19 years of collective past and present experience in different fields of accounting,

audit and taxation as Bookkeeper, Accountant, and Auditor.

She works as an assistant controller in a fabric, textile, and garment company, in charge in receivables and payables. As an Accounting staff for 7 years, she gained a lot of experiences in tax return preparations.
